The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground, Tobyhanna Division, is seeking information to identify potential vendors capable of providing Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) Services at Tobyhanna Army Depot. This includes preventative maintenance and repair for the Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System version V (ICIDS V). The scope of services involves performing inspections, maintenance, routine testing, installation, and repair/emergency repair on all components of the ICIDS at Tobyhanna Army Depot. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, and services necessary to maintain the system in a fully operational state. The system includes components such as DAQ Electronics LLC, StarWatch Security Management Solution (SMS), Remote Area Data Controller (RADC), Balance Magnetic Sensor (BMS), Passive Infrared (PIR), fence sensors, vibration sensors, and duress switches. The contract will cover approximately sixty-five (65) zones within the facility. Key services include quarterly preventative maintenance, unscheduled repairs, and critical emergency repairs for essential security equipment. The contractor will also be required to submit regular reports, including a Service Contract Report (SCR) to the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). Security requirements, including background checks for contractor personnel, are also detailed in the Performance Work Statement.
