Description
The Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD) is seeking information on commercially available test equipment to support capability development efforts for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Line Replaceable Units (LRUs). The requirement includes a wide range of test equipment, such as network analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, power meters, power amplifiers, electronic loads, spectrum analyzers, and various specialized components like phased arrays, software-defined radios, and frequency converters. Specific quantities and detailed technical specifications for each item are provided in the attached documentation. Vendors are requested to submit a capabilities statement demonstrating their ability to provide the specified products and systems. The submission should include company overview, points of contact, experience, references, and a tailored capability statement. Submissions are due by June 25, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST.
