Description
The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Tobyhanna Division, intends to award a sole-source purchase order to National Instruments Corporation for the renewal of software maintenance and support for National Instruments software at Tobyhanna Army Depot. The required software includes EA Test Bundle (14 Licenses), EA Platform Bundle (3 Licenses), Calibration Executive (1 License), and TestStand Base Deployment (23 Licenses). National Instruments Corporation is the sole provider of Enterprise Agreement software support and updates for this proprietary software. The government intends to acquire this supply under FAR Part 12 and solicit directly with National Instruments Corporation under FAR Part 6.103-1(b). This is not a solicitation for competitive quotes. However, interested parties capable of meeting the requirements may submit a statement of capabilities, a price list, and any other relevant information to megan.jones5.civ@army.mil by 5:00 PM EDT on July 1, 2026. The government will use this information to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted.
