Description
LaSalle County is requesting bids for a one-time Assessment Office remodel involving four height-adjustable workstations, three stationary U-shaped workstations, workstation panels and divider walls, lockable overhead storage, lateral and pedestal filing cabinets, monitor arms, power accommodations, whiteboards, and hanging file organizers. The workstations must maintain specified clearances and OSHA-compliant walk paths, use pin-able fabric and cleanable solid-surface materials, and include at least a 10-year warranty. The scope also includes a front counter extending across the room, an ADA-compliant lowered workstation, accessible wheelchair clearance, a lockable money drawer, filing storage, public writing space, and power for computers, monitors, and a possible printer. The successful bidder must meet prevailing-wage, responsible-bidder, substance-abuse-prevention, employee background-investigation, insurance, and other applicable public-works requirements.
