Description
The DuPage Water Commission is soliciting sealed bids for construction of Contract FW-1/25, Section 3, involving approximately 20-inch and 24-inch water supply feeder mains. The work includes open-cut and trenchless water main construction; removal, relocation, and replacement of existing underground utilities; roadway reconstruction and paving; traffic control; landscape restoration; stormwater pollution and erosion control; and testing. Work will be performed along Route 71, Route 30, Hill Avenue, and private easements in the Village of Oswego, Village of Montgomery, United City of Yorkville, Oswego Township, Montgomery Township, and Kendall County. Bidding documents are available electronically after submission and review of a Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement. Sealed proposals are due for public opening on October 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time.
