Ottawa County seeks bids to replace two of three boilers serving the Grand Haven Courthouse. Work includes removal and disposal of the existing boilers; installation of Lochinvar FCB2000N boilers; hydronic repiping in a glycol system that must remain operational; electrical reconnections; integration with the existing building controls; engineering drawings, permits, startup, testing, and staff training. The work is staged so the boilers are replaced one at a time. Bidders must price the base work and separately price options to replace the third boiler and an expansion tank. The bid must include the completed Bid Form and bid security of at least 5% of the total bid. Contracts over $50,000 require performance and payment bonds, each at 100% of the contract price. The bid form requests company and project information, certifications, warranty details, similar-project examples, and three references. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for November 11, 2026. Bids are due December 2, 2026, and may be submitted by email or sealed hard copy.
