Description
The City of Rancho Mirage is requesting proposals for full-service custodial maintenance at City Hall, the City Maintenance Yard, the Library, and the Observatory. Services include daily and periodic cleaning of offices, kitchens, restrooms, floors, carpets, upholstery, windows, fixtures, furniture, exterior areas, and waste receptacles; restroom and kitchen supply restocking; graffiti removal; recycling; security procedures; and related reporting. The selected provider must furnish cleaning products, paper goods, supplies, labor, and equipment, maintain a local office, and provide a 24-hour emergency contact. The initial agreement term is one year, with up to three additional one-year renewal terms. Proposals must include pricing for the required services and optional midday library restroom services, staffing and work plans, qualifications, references, financial information, and insurance-related costs and acknowledgments. Proposals are limited to 20 pages and must include at least three references with contact information.
