Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce, through the National Telecommunications and Information Administration’s Institute for Telecommunication Sciences, is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quotation for custodial services at the Table Mountain Advanced Communications Test Site. The contractor must clean eight buildings and eight restrooms 24 times per year, clean four kitchenettes, replenish restroom supplies, provide spot-cleaning materials, and clean interior and exterior windows twice annually. Services also include providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision; submitting product ingredient lists and Safety Data Sheets; and providing building-specific cleaning schedules. The requirement is a total small-business set-aside and will be awarded using a lowest-priced technically acceptable evaluation. The quotation must include a technical approach, cleaning schedule, staffing and supervision plan, supplies and products confirmation, compliance statement, firm-fixed pricing on the provided pricing sheet, and one page of evidence demonstrating at least two years of relevant experience. Quotations are limited to five pages, with four pages for the technical quotation and one page for experience. The anticipated contract consists of a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods.
