The Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is soliciting all-or-none janitorial services for the Demopolis Wildlife Office, an approximately 2,200-square-foot facility. The scope includes recurring office cleaning and custodial services, with an additional-services line item for work as needed. Pricing is requested per month, and payment will be made in arrears. The initial service period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The agency intends to establish a multi-year agreement renewed annually, with a maximum term of five years and a cumulative value not exceeding $25,000. Third-party subcontractors and out-of-state vendors are prohibited. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for September 10, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.
