Description
The Georgia Department of Human Services, Division of Family and Children Services, is soliciting multiple qualified suppliers for 42 janitorial service contracts at specified facilities throughout Georgia. Suppliers may quote individual locations and must complete a separate Contract Rate Schedule for each location of interest; the State may make multiple or split awards. The scope includes routine cleaning of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, floors, carpets, windows, entrances, elevators, and related areas; floor stripping, waxing, buffing, carpet cleaning, and other periodic services; furnishing all cleaning equipment, chemicals, paper products, soap, liners, air fresheners, and related supplies; and day porter services where identified for a facility. Suppliers must conduct employee background checks, maintain required staffing and equipment, comply with facility security procedures, provide references and responsibility information, and meet the stated insurance, E-Verify, licensing, and performance requirements. The initial contract runs from award through June 30, 2027, with four one-year renewal options at the State's discretion.
