Description
East Vincent Township is soliciting bids for either or both of two 2027 Veterans Center Wastewater Treatment Plant contracts. Contract A1 covers regularly scheduled hauling, processing, and disposal of approximately 260,000 gallons of liquid sludge annually, plus emergency raw wastewater hauling to a permitted wastewater treatment facility with a four-hour response time. Contract A2 covers regularly scheduled hauling and disposal of approximately 160 wet tons annually of aerobically digested, dewatered sludge, through landfill disposal or land application in compliance with applicable regulations. Each contract has a two-year term with an option to extend for one additional year on mutually acceptable terms. Unit prices must include labor, fuel, equipment, permits, facilities, disposal fees, and all other costs, with no additional surcharges. Bidders may submit for either or both contracts, and the solicitation requires an executed non-collusion affidavit. The procurement portal requests a bid bond for each contract bid, required documents in PDF format, a bidder acknowledgment questionnaire, and the applicable pricing bid table(s).
