Description
The Reading Housing Authority (RHA) is soliciting bids for HVAC replacement and upgrades across multiple RHA locations. Bids will be accepted for separate Mechanical Construction and General Construction Contracts. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 29th, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. at the Reading Housing Authority, 400 Hancock Blvd, Reading, PA, 19611, and interested bidders are encouraged to attend and schedule a site visit. All technical specification questions must be submitted in writing via pennbid.net before 11:00 AM on July 6th, 2026. Questions regarding HUD forms, bid forms, or the pennbid.net platform can be emailed to contracts@readingha.org. Bids are due by 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, July 14th, 2026, and will be opened publicly on www.pennbid.net. Late bids will not be considered. Bidding documents are available to qualified contractors on pennbid.net.
