Description
Earl Township is accepting bids for the Hill Road Storm Sewer Project. The scope includes installation of 649 linear feet of 24-inch HDPE pipe, 26 linear feet of 15-inch HDPE pipe, six Type 1 M-Top inlet boxes, two endwalls, pavement restoration, swale grading, and other incidental work as specified in the bid documents. Pennsylvania prevailing wage rates apply. All work must be completed by October 31, 2026, with liquidated damages of $500 per calendar day for delays.
