Description
Jackson Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania is soliciting sealed proposals for the Flanagan Road Culvert Replacements Project. The project involves the demolition and removal of two existing 36-inch CMP culvert pipes, installation of new 48-inch SLCPP culvert pipes with associated precast concrete endwalls, minor grading, placement of riprap, and restoration of the roadway. Prevailing wage rates established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry apply. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on July 10, 2026.
