Description
The City of Medina is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to prepare its 2030–2050 Comprehensive Plan Update. The selected consultant will lead public engagement and work with residents, community stakeholders, city staff, and the Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee to develop and draft the update. The consultant will coordinate engagement and plan preparation, provide relevant mapping, quantitative data, and land use information, and support the City's engineering firm. The engineering firm will prepare the Local Surface Water Management, Water Supply, Sanitary Sewer, and Transportation chapters. The RFP includes detailed scope, submittal requirements, selection process, and budget information.
