Description
The City of Minnetonka is soliciting construction bids for rehabilitation of the Minnetonka Boulevard lift station. The work includes demolition of existing systems; demolition and replacement of process piping, valves, fittings, pumps, and related appurtenances from the wet well to the valve vault; and demolition and replacement of lift station electrical panels, cable, conduit, and electrical service. The contractor must install a new control panel furnished by the owner. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN. A bid guarantee equal to 5 percent of the bid is required. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference and project-site visit will be held before the bid deadline.
