Description
The City of Golden Valley is seeking a contractor to transport and dispose of approximately 1,625 cubic yards of common fill. The contractor must provide trucks, drivers, transportation, unloading, and disposal at the designated disposal site, while handling accepted material safely and addressing any spills during transport. The work includes weekday operations from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., compliance with applicable Minnesota and federal motor-carrier requirements, qualified and licensed drivers, current truck and equipment registrations and permits, and responsibility for operating expenses, mobilization, and risk of loss. Pricing is based on a unit price per cubic yard, and the work must be completed by December 4, 2026. The contractor must maintain workers’ compensation, business auto liability, and commercial general liability insurance and provide a certificate of insurance before work begins.
