Description
The City of Brooklyn Park is seeking a contractor to construct the Wellhouse No. 11 Raw Watermain Extension complete in place. The work includes furnishing all labor and materials for clearing and grubbing; concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement; watermain removal and abandonment; removal of bituminous walks, pavement, and driveways; bituminous wear-course paving; and installation of approximately 3,500 linear feet of 6- to 36-inch PVC watermain, 1,600 linear feet of 16- to 24-inch directionally drilled PVC watermain, and 1,800 linear feet of 16- to 24-inch directionally drilled HDPE watermain. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN vBid by October 1, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. local time. Bidding documents are available through QuestCDN for a nonrefundable $55 fee using Quest project number 10354724. The contract requires compliance with Minnesota's Responsible Contractor statute, Minn. Stat. § 16C.285.
