Description
The Health Readiness Contracting Office, located at 2199 Storage Street, Suite 68, JBSA Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234, intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract on a sole-source basis for commercial products. The contract is for Stereo Eye Test Booklets, which are used to conduct Multiple Circle Tests (MCST) for depth perception. This testing is administered by the United States Military Entrance Processing Command (USMEPCOM) Medical Department for military job classification.
