Description
The Forest Preserve District of Kane County is soliciting bids for tree and brush thinning services across 10 forest preserve locations. The work involves using heavy-duty forestry clearing equipment to mow, cut, and remove non-native and invasive seedlings, saplings, and mature trees and shrubs to ground level, as well as hand cutting around mature trees designated for preservation. Each project will be awarded individually. The contract must be completed by June 18, 2027.
