Description
Ottawa County is soliciting proposals for an organizational assessment of its Sheriff's Office. The selected vendor will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive review of the office's operations, staffing, and organizational structure. The proposal should include a detailed approach to the organizational assessment, including methodologies for staffing and workload analysis, stakeholder engagement, benchmarking, and technology review.
