The Wisconsin Department of Health Services, Division of Medicaid Services, Milwaukee Enrollment Services is soliciting bids for Russian Advocacy Services. The selected vendor will provide crucial support to Russian immigrants and their families, aiding them in navigating various Wisconsin Department of Health Services programs. These programs include, but are not limited to, Wisconsin Medicaid, BadgerCare Plus, Wisconsin FoodShare, and Child Care benefits. The scope of work involves comprehensive client counseling, individualized case management to determine eligibility, and facilitating communication between the vendor's staff and the Department of Health Services. The goal is to ensure clients can effectively access and utilize the available state programs.
