Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting quotations for two packages of 100 each of 1 mL, 25-gauge, single-scale plastic sterile hypodermic tuberculin syringes with needles, NSN 6515-00-982-4205. The item is FDA-regulated and must meet applicable registration, listing, labeling, good manufacturing practice, technical, quality, packaging, and marking requirements. The product must have a 60-month, non-extendable shelf life and be packaged in accordance with the specified requirements. Quoters must identify the source and part number being supplied; alternate offers require a complete data package for evaluation. Delivery is required within 20 days after acknowledgment of the delivery order, FOB destination, with destination inspection and acceptance. The solicitation is not a small-business set-aside, and quotations must be submitted through the designated electronic bid system.
