Description
St. Johns River State College is soliciting qualifications from general, building, civil/site-work, mechanical, and roofing contractors for pre-qualified contractor status during Calendar Year 2027. Contractors may apply for a new certificate or renew or revise an existing certificate. A valid certificate is required to bid on the College's construction projects. Potential work includes construction, renovation, remodeling, major repairs, roof replacements, and site work at campuses in Clay, Putnam, and St. Johns Counties. Sealed responses must identify the solicitation number, respondent name, and requested certificate type. The College will award pre-qualified status to respondents that meet the applicable specifications.
