Description
The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a sole-source basis to the Michigan Thanksgiving Parade Foundation, also identified as The Parade Company, for services supporting participation in the 2026 America's Thanksgiving Parade. DEA members will walk in the parade carrying the American flag and DEA and Fentanyl Free America banners to raise public awareness of the risks associated with illicit fentanyl. The attached justification states that the foundation is the sole organization able to stage and present the parade. This is a special notice, not a request for proposals. Interested capable sources may submit capability statements for the Government's consideration in deciding whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
