Description
The City seeks an on-call contractor to repair and install existing exterior signs and design, fabricate, and install new or replacement signage at parks, recreation, library, and landscape locations. Work may include smaller foam or brass signs, lettering for larger signs, and maintaining lighting incorporated into existing sign lettering; licensed electrical services may be needed. The contractor is responsible for labor, materials, equipment, permits, site visits, traffic control, cleanup, and coordination with City staff. Conceptual designs require City approval before fabrication. The initial contract runs from award through June 30, 2027, with up to four one-year renewals at the City's discretion.
