Description
The contractor will manufacture, deliver, and install exterior building signage at King Hall. The new sign must use reverse-channel-letter construction, navy-blue letter faces, and a logo made from individual triangular elements; logo colors must match owner-approved PMS colors. The contractor must provide color matches and shop drawings for approval before fabrication, and the signs must be UV-resistant and weather-resistant. Mounting hardware and installation are included. The work also includes preparing the surface as needed, priming and painting with owner-furnished colors using Sherwin-Williams exterior paint or an approved equal, and removing and disposing of the existing sign without damaging the building. Minor penetrations from removal must be patched and sealed, and the area left clean and ready for the new signage.
