Description
The County of Orange Probation Department seeks a vendor to provide custom name plates and related signage services on an as-needed basis for a three-year contract term. Name plates must meet specified construction requirements, including acrylic front plates, selected-color back plates, changeable-copy strips, tactile lettering, and Grade 2 Braille. The solicitation specifies black, colored PVC, and Pantone-color options. Related services include outdoor-sign lamination, design and layout, and installation as requested. The vendor must submit proofs for County review and written approval before production, accept orders regardless of size, and deliver or install within schedules approved for each order. Pricing is requested by line item, including name plates, related services, and certain miscellaneous items. The County may make multiple awards.
