The Maryland Department of Transportation Maryland Transit Administration is soliciting pricing for IBM Informix subscription renewal. Participation is limited to certified small-business vendors that are master contractors under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012) master contract, 060B2490021. The solicitation package includes revised and original PORFP documents, mandatory terms and conditions, and an IBM subscription renewal bid sheet.
