Description
The City seeks snow and ice control at the Justice Center and CASTLE, including plowing, salting, calcium chloride application, and event-specific callout services. Snowplows must be dispatched at one inch of accumulation and chemical treatment vehicles at one-eighth inch of sleet or freezing rain. Work includes priority-based service, snow placement and storage, and protection of facility property. Sidewalks are excluded at the Justice Center but included for designated pedestrian routes at CASTLE; CASTLE also includes its Emergency Vehicle Operations Course and live-fire range areas. The initial agreement covers the 2026-2027 winter season, with four additional winter-season renewals at the City's option. Bidders must provide separate pricing for the Justice Center and CASTLE, document each service event, and meet the stated insurance requirements. No bid bond is required.
