Description
The City seeks one or more organizations to administer its Emergency Homeless Prevention Program for low- to moderate-income households facing financial hardship and possible eviction or foreclosure. The program provides financial assistance for rent, mortgage payments, and/or utilities to residents within the City's incorporated boundaries. Services include case management and financial management, with administration required to comply with applicable Community Development Block Grant rules and regulations. Applicants must describe their program approach, organizational background and capacity, personnel, financial management, and insurance, bond, and workers' compensation status. The selected organization will be expected to supplement existing programs and may be responsible for documenting administrative costs, tracking housing and income outcomes, and coordinating with Continuum of Care systems.
