Description
The library seeks two bookmobile cellular data services: one cell phone line with at least 400 monthly minutes and 4 GB of data with tethering/mobile-hotspot capability, and one mobile hotspot with at least 5 GB of monthly data for patron Wi-Fi. The RFP specifies a 6 Mbps minimum for each service. Voice service is not eligible for E-rate discounts, so eligible cellular data costs must be listed separately. The posting also requests a separate quote for one 1 Gbps dedicated internet connection at the main branch, including charges for five static IP addresses, estimated taxes and surcharges, and any applicable special construction charges. Proposals must include the provider’s SPIN/Form 498 ID; vendors must have the FY2026 Form 473/SPAC on file. Pricing should separately identify monthly recurring costs and distinct maintenance or insurance costs, and reflect Lowest Corresponding Price, GSA pricing, and available governmental discounts. Price is the most heavily weighted evaluation factor, with service-area coverage also heavily weighted. The stated service start date is July 1, 2027; a 60-month contract is preferred.
