Description
Franklin County is soliciting firm, fixed unit pricing for a broad range of sign materials and related road-safety supplies, including standard and custom traffic signs, reflective signs, sign blanks, lettering, posts, brackets, barricades, cones, lights, and related accessories. Orders will be placed as needed, with no minimum quantities. Stocked items must be delivered within two weeks of an order; custom orders are due within 30 days after proof approval, and artwork must be completed within three business days. Pricing must account for delivery or shipping as specified for the item. The County estimates quantities but does not guarantee them. The contract term is one year, with annual renewal options for up to three years total. The successful contractor must provide a material-compliance certification with specified steel test results before materials are approved for use. The solicitation also requires specified insurance coverage and, as a condition of award, work-authorization affidavits and E-Verify enrollment documentation. The County may request references or proof of expertise during evaluation.
