Description
Franklin County seeks outside vendors to maintain and repair its fleet of vehicles and provide the parts needed for that work. The scope includes electrical, brake, exhaust, transmission and drivetrain repairs, general maintenance, emergency equipment, and other parts or services needed to keep the fleet operational. On-site repairs may be needed, and vendors must identify which listed vehicles they can service or obtain parts for. Parts pricing must be quoted as a percentage discount from MSRP, and labor and on-site labor rates must be provided. The contract has a one-year initial term from January 1 through December 31, 2027, with year-by-year renewal options for up to three years total and increases capped at 5%. The response package calls for the solicitation cover page, contractual terms and conditions acknowledgment, completed and signed pricing form, certificate of insurance, notarized Affidavit of Work Authorization, E-Verify enrollment documentation, current signed W-9 (unless already submitted through BidNet Direct), and the completed vehicle capability list. The sealed response label is provided for mailed or in-person submissions; online bids are also accepted.
