Description
The State of Indiana, through the Indiana Department of Administration on behalf of the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration's Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning, is soliciting proposals from one or more contractors to serve as an enrollment broker for Medicaid managed care programs. The scope includes choice counseling and enrollment activities as defined under 42 CFR 438.810(a), with detailed requirements provided in the Statement of Work. Proposals must include an Executive Summary, Business Proposal, Technical Proposal, Cost Proposal, Attestation Form, and the required solicitation attachments and supporting documents. The contract term is four years from contract execution, with two optional one-year extensions. The solicitation establishes a 3% Indiana Veteran Owned Small Business subcontracting goal and evaluates management and technical quality, cost, Indiana business status, and IVOSB participation.
