Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking capable sources for a transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) machine with repetitive TMS and intermittent theta burst stimulation capabilities, an air-cooled figure-of-eight coil, and a stim guide coil-positioning and 3D navigation system. Required features include adjustable stimulation parameters, preloaded and customizable clinical protocols, touchscreen controls, built-in cooling for back-to-back treatments, safety safeguards, emergency stop functionality, and continuous monitoring of coil temperature and system performance. The equipment must comply with applicable FDA and medical-device standards. The anticipated requirement includes purchase and delivery of the machine, installation and setup, training for VA healthcare providers, ongoing maintenance and technical support, warranty coverage, and related performance and data-protection obligations. This is a Sources Sought notice for market research only, not a solicitation or request for proposal; no award will be made from responses. Respondents must provide company, point-of-contact, Unique Entity ID, contract-vehicle, delivery, country-of-origin, manufacturer, socioeconomic-status, and capability information. Relevant specifications, brochures, capability statements, and past experience may also be submitted. If the product is manufactured outside the United States, the attached Buy American Certificate is required.
