Description
Jordan School District is issuing a Request for Proposals to establish a contract with a qualified offeror to provide nonprofit customer relationship management software for Jordan Education Foundation. The solicitation identifies customer relationship management and business-function software as the relevant commodity categories. The submission must include a technical proposal response, a completed Cost Form (Attachment C), a bid or quote sheet containing the proposal's cost information, a W-9, and a completed Vendor Information Sheet. A Claim of Business Confidentiality Form, redacted technical proposal, and additional proposal documentation are optional when applicable. Offerors must also indicate whether they are available for presentations; the evaluation includes technical criteria, presentations, and cost.
