Description
The District seeks a turnkey inclusive playground project for Green Tree Elementary, including design, equipment, interlocking rubber tile surfacing, site preparation, concrete base, drainage, installation, testing, and closeout. The design should support students with differing abilities and include accessible and sensory play features. The playground equipment must be commercial grade and meet applicable accessibility and playground safety standards; the tile system must meet specified impact attenuation and wheelchair accessibility standards, with independent test documentation. The proposal must include renderings and plans, product and installer qualifications, project approach and schedule, pricing, warranties, references, safety and construction methodology, and compliance documentation. The selected contractor must provide 100% performance and payment bonds before work begins.
