Description
The City seeks applications from eligible nonprofit agencies and local government entities for Emergency Solutions Grant funding to serve people experiencing homelessness. Eligible program components include street outreach, emergency shelter, rapid rehousing, homelessness prevention, and Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) activities. Allowable activities include case management, health and mental health services, shelter operations and renovation, rental assistance, housing search and stabilization, and related support services. The anticipated funding available is $85,000. Applicants must meet eligibility and administrative requirements, participate in the local Continuum of Care, comply with HMIS or an approved comparable database requirements, and provide a 100% match. The application package includes an agency application, project description limited to two pages, and proposed budget; additional documents are required after proposal acceptance.
