Description
The City of Alexandria is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for its CDBG Housing Minor Rehab Repair Program. Bids will be awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder. Contractors must obtain a Qualified Contractor ID number from the Community Development Office before submitting a bid; the notice advises allowing at least five business days to obtain it. The bid package is available from the City's website under Business and RFP/RFQ/Bids.
