Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting quotations for two packages of blood-collection tubes under NSN 6640-00-145-1143. The tubes must be glass, vacuum, 15 mL, 16 by 125 mm, without anticoagulant, fitted with rubber caps, nonsterile, and packaged as 100 tubes per package. The items must have a 24-month non-extendable shelf life, with no more than three months elapsed between manufacture and delivery. Labels must include the NSN, manufacturer and CAGE, manufacture date, expiration or retest date, and contract or lot number. Quoters must identify the source and part number supplied. The solicitation requires commercial packaging suitable to prevent damage or breakage, medical marking, destination inspection and acceptance, and delivery within five days after award. Alternate offers require a complete data package for evaluation. The solicitation is not a small-business set-aside, and quotations must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
