Description
The Benton-Franklin Workforce Development Council is seeking information from organizations with demonstrated expertise in delivering Adult and Dislocated Worker services under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. Respondents should describe service-delivery models covering case management from intake through employment and retention, career services and training aligned with labor-market needs, credentials and measurable skill gains, employer engagement, and work-based learning such as on-the-job training, internships, apprenticeships, and customized training. Responses should also address partnerships and integrated service delivery, resource leveraging, cost structure and cost-control strategies, staff development, fiscal responsibility, performance reporting, WIOA outcomes, data-driven continuous improvement, equitable access for individuals facing barriers to employment, organizational capacity, staffing, compliance, and use of customer relationship management systems. This is an RFI for planning and future procurement purposes only; it is voluntary and does not constitute a formal solicitation or commitment to contract.
