Description
The City of Yakima is seeking a qualified firm to provide engineering design, construction, and monitoring for the Tiger Oil 24th and Nob Hill site. The work includes finalizing the design of a sub-slab depressurization system (SSDS) and implementing barrier soil vapor extraction based on previously completed work plans, constructing the SSDS, conducting post-construction soil vapor extraction, and monitoring groundwater. Statements of Qualifications are limited to 15 pages, including the cover and references, and must address the project approach, experience with SSDS and soil vapor extraction, key personnel, and past performance and references. The City will score submissions and may conduct interviews. The work is intended to begin in late 2026.
