Description
The District seeks a contractor to perform earthwork, install geomembrane, and construct 4,575 linear feet of concrete lining in the existing W61F Lateral, which has a six-foot bottom width. Bids must be submitted on the provided form on a unit-price basis in U.S. dollars. The work is subject to applicable public-works requirements, including Washington prevailing-wage laws and subcontractor identification requirements. A representative of each bidder is required to attend the pre-bid site visit, and bidders must inspect the site; failure to perform the onsite inspection may make a bid non-responsive. Each bid must include bid security of at least 5% of the bid amount, in the form of a certified or cashier’s check or a bid bond on the District’s form. The successful bidder must provide additional bonds specified in the bidding documents and sign the Non-Collusion and Debarment Affidavit / Certification of Compliance with Wage Payment Statutes. Work must be completed by March 12, 2027.
