Description
Hampton Roads Sanitation District is soliciting construction services to replace approximately 220 linear feet of 24-inch ductile iron sanitary force main and 4,260 linear feet of 30-inch ductile iron sanitary force main. The work includes two trenchless crossings, replacement of site yard piping and the meter vault at Langley Circle Pump Station, and abandonment of the existing 30-inch force main. The project covers Langley Circle Pump Station and associated streets, as well as Mercury Boulevard between Air Power Park and a vacant parcel approximately 230 feet east of Seldendale Drive. Responses must be submitted online through HRSD’s Online Oracle ERP system; responses through eVA are not accepted. The project requires a 5 percent bid bond and includes American Iron and Steel and Davis-Bacon and Related Acts compliance requirements under the Virginia Clean Water Revolving Loan Fund.
