Description
The City of Elkhart, Indiana, through its Board of Public Safety, is requesting sealed proposals from qualified manufacturers and authorized integrators for the design, manufacture, delivery, installation, and support of replacement 911 dispatch console furniture. The initial scope includes two 24/7 public-safety dispatch console furniture positions, with pricing for the optional purchase of up to eight additional positions during the agreement term. Proposals will be evaluated using published factors, with non-price factors comprising 75 percent of the evaluation and price comprising 25 percent. Proposal pricing must remain valid for at least 120 calendar days after the deadline, and the successful submitter must execute a written contract after selection.
