Description
Centre Township seeks proposals and statements of qualifications from qualified parties to finance, design, and construct an addition to and renovation of the Centre Township Fire Station. The project includes approximately 1,800 square feet of interior renovation, demolition of the existing second-floor buildout, five individual bunk rooms, two single-user restrooms, and associated plumbing, HVAC, and electrical modifications. It also includes an approximately 1,300-square-foot east-side addition for storage, maintenance, and/or fitness use. The station must remain in continuous service during construction. Proposals will be evaluated on team qualifications and experience, design capability, project approach, financial capacity and financing plan, scoping and design fee and cost control, local engagement, and references. The procurement is qualifications-based rather than lowest-price selection. No certified check or other evidence of financial responsibility is required with the proposal. The submission must include a statement of qualifications and be provided as an electronic PDF.
