Description
The Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to replace railroad ties in accordance with the technical specifications contained in the bid packet. Bidders must submit the required forms from the bid package electronically in PDF format through the designated plan-room submission link. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The bid opening will be conducted both in person and virtually, with participation details provided in the bid packet.
