Description
The Indianapolis-Marion County Public Library (IndyPL) is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide managed internet access and data transmission services at its Central Library location (40 E. St. Clair Street, Indianapolis, IN). The selected vendor will deliver a symmetric internet connection of at least 1 Gbps, with a static contiguous /24 public address space, and must comply with strict requirements regarding IP address reputation, reverse DNS, and no filtering or caching without prior approval. The contract is expected to begin on July 1, 2027, with an initial term of up to 36 months and two optional 12-month extensions. Vendors must provide line-item pricing, separate E-Rate eligible and ineligible costs, and include references, SPIN number, and a sample contract. The evaluation will prioritize cost, but also consider technical details, experience, and adherence to the response format. Proposals are due by 8:00 AM Eastern on September 28, 2026.
