Description
The City of Portland is soliciting construction bids to replace the Columbia Boulevard Wastewater Treatment Plant (CBWTP) reuse system. The successful bidder must comply with applicable prevailing-wage requirements under Oregon law or the Davis-Bacon Act. Prequalification is required in Class 9, Sewage Treatment Plants, for $11,000,000. The notice encourages COBID-certified firms to participate; it does not state that the work is set aside for them.
